Based in Central London, this student accommodation project spanned two towers, featuring a newly refurbished interconnecting foyer and communal space with 24-hour security and controlled access.

All 96 en-suite apartments were stripped back to core and fully refurbished, with 20% remaining occupied throughout. Careful planning and a phased swing-space approach ensured minimal disruption while delivering the project efficiently.

A refurbishment project at 88 Wood Street, delivered with upgraded floorslabs,  monolithic plasterboard perimeter ceilings with recessed lighting, alongside bespoke suspended metal ceiling rafts designed to enhance light and space.

Additional works included modernised toilets and washrooms, as well as a dedicated facility with 24 individual shower cubicles, supporting active commuters and improving overall workplace amenities.

For the refurbishment of Dulux HQ, the interior was completely transformed to include a modern office space, reception, kitchen, and breakout areas. A bold, colourful design runs throughout, balancing creativity with practicality to create a workspace that is both distinctive and highly functional.

Wilmington Trust, a leading provider of wealth and institutional services, selected its Kings Arms Yard office in London as a key hub for US and European operations. The project involved fitting out a newly acquired second-floor space, including a data centre linking US and European systems, alongside modern offices, flexible meeting areas, and upgraded HVAC and lighting.
A second phase relocated staff from the third floor into the new space before refurbishing the upper level to match, effectively doubling the footprint and future-proofing the office.

Set across two floors overlooking Jersey Harbour, this prestigious Cat A development was delivered for a leading UK developer.

Completed within a six-month programme, the project was delivered on time and on budget, earning local recognition for its high-quality finish and distinctive maritime-inspired design.
